Helpful Hints - Peninsular Configurator

Model MH & Model LM  NFPA Pneumatic Cylinders

"Selecting End Cap Cushion Adjustment Screw Locations"

The purpose of this configurator screen is to identify the Front and Rear End Cap side locations for placement of our Cushion Adjustment Screw as it may be located on any one of the four sides of the square end cover that is not restricted by the cylinder mount. When selecting the Cushion Adjustment Screw location, one must always view the cylinder through the Front End Cap even when selecting the Cushion Adjustment Screw location for the Rear End Cap. The illustration below provides an explanation on how to view the cylinder for making the Cushion Adjustment Screw location(s) decision.

The Peninsular Model MH and Model LM pneumatic cylinders adjustable cushion system is designed with a captive cushion screw to assure user safety.

When selecting Cushion Adjustment Screw locations for Double Rod End Cylinders, please contact Peninsular.
